Britse top 10-hit uit 1982 en de bestverkochte importsingle aller tijden aldaar. Weliswaar van een Britse groep, maar alleen in Nederland op single uitgebracht als opvolger van hun grootste hit, waar hij zelfs de top 40 niet haalde.

Dat was de eerste, moeilijkere opgave.
De film Smoke (prachtig trouwens) eindigde met vertederende toegift, begeleid door deze song.
Vanaf toen mag ik me een fan van Tom Waits noemen, met nog altijd een lichte voorkeur voor Frank Wild Years (met deze song op).
De tweede song was 'In the neigbourhood'.
